Rules:
1) Artists can enter a maximum of two dolls.
Entrants must sign up by: July 15, 2003.
Voting will take place from May 3 - 10. Only members of the CustomDolls
group will be allowed to vote. Voting will be done via email. Winners will be announced late July 2003.
2) Two artists can collaborate on a team doll if they wish, but that counts as one of their maximum of two entries.
3) Only original Francie dolls or reproductions may be used. The body should be a "francie" body, tnt, bend leg, or straight leg.
4) Doll must not have been entered previously into a contest.
5) Pictures are due by midnight (your time zone) July 15, 2003. No late entries please. Send three pictures, one full lenght, one close up and one three quarters.
Votes will be tallied by a member not entering the contest.
